  • Yes! TTDL is incorporated as a domestic nonprofit in the state of Ohio and has received 501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Yes! And with the 2025 tax bill, up to $1,000 can be donated as an above the line deduction.

  • We regularly update this page and the TTDL LinkedIn page with different activities we are doing. This includes specific monetary outputs such as court costs paid on behalf of tenants. 100% of all donations goes directly towards defending and asserting claims for the rights of tenants.
